Is it safe to use my credit card?

The P&G Galleria site is completely secure using Verisign encryption. When you reach the order form you will switch to a secure server. This is indicated by the URL beginning with https:, as opposed to http. The padlock in the lower left-hand corner of your browser will view as locked when you are in the secure area. Only limited staff has access to this information for processing your Galleria orders.

How do I place my order online?

1. Search or browse through the Galleria to find a product.
2. Once you have found the product you are looking for, select color, size and quantity, and then simply
add this item to your Shopping Cart by clicking on "Add to cart."
3. You can choose to keep shopping at this point or elect to finish your order by clicking on the "Check Out"
button. To finish your order, please follow the instructions on the checkout page.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and American Express Corporate Puchasing Cards. Please note that your credit card will not be charged until your order has shipped.

What if an item I ordered is out of stock?

On occasion an item you've ordered may be backordered. We will notify you as soon as we know an item is backordered and will deliver it to you (with no additional shipping charge and via your selected shipping method) as soon as it is back in stock. What security measures do you employ?

We invoke a secure software technology, Secure Sockets Layer(SSL), whenever you enter personal information on ehowe.com to ensure that you enjoy a safe online shopping experience. The SSL software encrypts your order information to prevent the decoding and misuse of your information by unauthorized individuals. How can I check the status of my order?

When you place an order, you will receive a prompt online confirmation that your order has been received, including an order reference number. We suggest keeping your confirmation until you receive your order just in case you need to check the order status. IF YOU DO NOT RECEIVE AN EMAIL CONFIRMATION OF YOUR ORDER, YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS WAS INCOMPLETE OR OUR SERVER DID NOT SUCCESSFULLY RECEIVE YOUR ORDER.

How much is shipping & handling?

We ship most continental US orders via Federal Express Economy or UPS Ground, to arrive in 3-5 business days, depending up on your location. The US Shipping Charges table at the bottom of this page is how your shipping & handling charges are calculated.

Rush service is available, please refer to the Rush shipping charge table below, these are additional charges that will be added to the ground charges in the first table.

International orders are shipped via Federal Express or DHL. All international shipping rates are estimated prior to sending your order and provided to you via email. Your order will not be shipped without your approval of the freight charges. Duty and tax will be charged by customs in your country upon delivery. We cannot estimate these charges.

How do I handle returns/exchanges?

Merchandise will be accepted for credit or exchange only in salable condition within 30 days of shipment and must be accompanied by your packing slip or receipt. Returns/Exchanges are returned at customer's expense. Any defective merchandise must be returned within 60 days or within product specified warranty period. Please call Customer Service prior to returning defective merchandise for shipping instructions. We cannot be responsible for any merchandise returned prior to contacting customer service. All returned merchandise must be shipped via an insured and trackable method. All C-Store purchases can only be returned to a C-Store, not to Howe. All returns/exchanges

U.S. Shipping

Orders will be shipped within 48 hours, arriving in 5-7 business days. Please add $5.00 for each additional shipping address. If a back order is required, shipping and handling will be charged only once based upon the total merchandise ordered. For larger quantity orders, please contact Customer Service for a shipping and handling quote. Our standard shipping method is via preferred ground carriers. Air shipments will ship Federal Express.

Certificates are not redeemable at the P&G C-Stores. Certificates have no cash value. Certificates can be redeemed via fax, mail, internet or phone.
